ICAR-CIFT has developed a prototype of Live Fish Transportation System (LFTS) which is a compact model suiting the purpose of transporting 10-15 kg of harvested species in live form. Being compact, the system is user friendly and a viable option for small scale farmers to transport their produce in live condition to domestic market.
